Hello, will this help me to shrink and tighten my belly and waist? Its the hardest place for me to lose weight. Also I want to lose my inner thighs… What exercises should I do? Thank you in advance and I just love your videos and your exercises they are so different then the usual exercises we always see.
either you do Pilates or you're a dancer XD it's the way you point your feet XP would you have any exercise tips for getting a bigger bum and hips? :C I'm an inverted triangle shape and it makes me really self conscious :C I'm also coming out of an eating disorder, so weight gain is a traumatic experience…

Kristen, I am enjoying your slim waist workouts. I am seeing results! I don't think many channels offer a set of workouts for shrinking the waist. There may be oblique workouts but many of them tend to make my obliques thinker making my waist bigger. Β I love your channel. Thank you!!!

This reminded me of a couple of great exercises I haven't done in a while, and the side reaches exercise is new to me, but it definitely looks like a good one. If my hair looked that good, I'd let it fly around while I work out, too! π Thanks, Kristen!
