I love doing compound movements to work more muscle groups. This workout will help you to sweat and get sculpted simultaneously!
I’m using 10lb dumbbells. Weights are optional.
Each move 👉 45sec on / 15sec off (download an interval timer app to help keep track)!
1️⃣ Squat, curtsy, lunge combo (quads + glutes)
2️⃣ RDL squat press combo (hamstrings + quads + glutes + shoulders)
3️⃣ Plank row cross knee combo (arms + core)
4️⃣ Plié weight lift combo (inner thighs + quads + glutes)
5️⃣ Twist crunch combo (core + obliques)
6️⃣ Alt glute bridge combo (glutes + quads)
Repeat each move 3 times for a 20min workout. If you feel like another round, go for it!
