Amazing stretch .. my body hurts so much when i don't do it .. im addicted to this routine ..
This is a BASIC exercise for more experienced stretchers, but definitely not a beginner's one, don't get that shit mixed up.

I asked YouTube for a beginners stretching routine. I must be the least flexible person on the internet. Ran 5.4 miles and came home thought I would do a guided stretching routine. Holy moly. I will be back I need to get more of this in my life.
This is a lot more fun at 2.0x speed.

Any chance there’s an even more basic stretch routine for people that’ve barely stretched a day in their life? Lol, been going to an RMT since I work on a computer 8 hours a day, but it’s not enough unfortunately, my hip mobility is atrocious 🤢

My 52 year old mother joined me when she saw me stretching. All of a sudden my graceful mother become so uncoordinated lol She wants to do it everyday until she can get the hang of it!
