Just found these 3 videos! What's the schedule for these? Like each video 2x's a week with 1 day of rest?
Hi Jordan..thank you for this great video…just to make sure that i'm doing this correctly. So i do lower body workout on day 1, rest 1 day, and upper body workout the next day, rest again 1 day and continue with the full body workout the day after. Is that correct? Can i do like slow jogging during the rest day or HIIT or it should just be a non-active rest day? thank you in advance
Does anyone know if there is a recommended warm up with this and the other two workouts? Thanks in advance!
Hi there! Just got the clearance to get back to weights after a disc injury. What could I substitute in lieu of Romanian Dead Lifts? (Ive always tended tk feel those in my lower back and dont want to risk re-injury)
