love this video, it was very informative , i liked how you told us how to keep certain parts of our body or focus on certain parts while doing the workouts. i recently started this new life of working out and oooohhhh boi, its a challenge. however i was wondering can you use the stretch band along with the 1kg weight? It seem like it would create a higher burn while working out.

Great video 🙂 The foam roller is the best investment I’ve made as the possibilities are endless. Next to that; you can find them for quite cheap.
