Its my second week. Its really awsome. Usually i hate run because i cant catch up my breath after running for around 3mins. But after finish the 1st week program i can run for around 10mins. For the bonus i lost around 2kg ( with IF 18:6 because i want to lose my fat belly) Thanks lucy.
I fractured my ankle years ago & have had 2 surgeries on it so I try to avoid high impact workouts but lately I’ve wanted to get into light running & jogging & found your videos & I LOVE them! I really do like the workouts you do. Thank you! 🙏🏽😄🏃♀️
Hoping Lucy can answer this. I no longer run due to excessive hunger and weight gain when I do. In my early 30s I would run 5 days a week about 4 miles a day. Loved it. Now it seems I don’t get the benefits from it. At 44 should I just stick to walking or try running again? The calorie burn with running is so much higher

Another great workout. Felt great and I worked up a sweat in a short amount of time. The exercises are really easy and for someone older they meet my needs. Thank you.

Day 1: Damn sweating.
Day 2 : done
Day 3 : super sweating. Added weights too. 🤫
Day 4 : done again after a break. Could feel muscle pulling. Super sweaty at the end.
