I’m just wondering if I should take rest days between the workouts or not?

I just started today. I'm doing this so I can bring back my confidence after having a heartbreak. It hurts a lot that I become so insecure about myself. So here I go.
Day 1 – ☑️ I finished the exercise but I didn't do the leg raise+plank cause my body can't really handle it so I did a plank instead. Maybe I'll try to do it tomorrow or next time. Wish me luck!
Day 2 – ☑️ I'm sweating so hard. I finished the workout! Unlike yesterday, I did the leg raise+plank today. I'm so proud of myself. See y'all tomorrow!
Day 3 – ☑️ I can still feel the pain of my whole body from yesterday's workout but I still continue. No pain, no gain! And also, I'm quite getting used with this workout.
Day 4 – ☑️ My body's getting used with the workout.
Day 5 – ☑️ I tried to lower the squat and it feels so good, I can feel more burn. Also, I notice the slight change in my tummy. It's a lil' bit flatter than before. (I don't have strict diet)
Day 6 – ☑️ The burn isn't really the same as before so I decide to find another workout which concentrate on waist.
Finally did this without pausing to catch my breath after one week of doing it

Day 1 : Got thru it but the last drill really hurt me and my abs was done for after this I’ll be back around 12 tomorrow after I’m done n tell you how I feel. day 2 hurt like hell cause i was sore from yesterday had a few mess ups so i did extra ones everytime i messed up and was very sore after but the burn was worth it ill telll uu how i feel tommorow or if i end up doin it tmr bye. day 3 i ended up doin her 30 minute cardio workout but to get my blood flowing i did 25 knee pushups into child pose n ab wing flap for 50 seconds then got into the 30m cardio i completed it but sitting down never felt so good ill update ya on what i end up doing for day 4. didnt end up doin nun day 4 besides a few high knees ill be bck for day 5 n do an hour day 5 did 25 mins of her hour workout but knees completely gave out cause of day 3 30 min all leg workouts

The exercises recommended by emi wong work 100%. She is the first youtuber who I found is very genuine and authentic. You pick any of her videos and all videos are consistent. The best part of her workout videos is the pep talks that she does in middle of the workouts. It really motivates you to push further. Even if it is a 10 minute workout, I guarantee you will sweat…. She even shares her fears instead of covering it up, which let's you know that she is genuine. Her videos on "what I eat daily" gives you glimpse of her effort. Please continue making videos….. I have been following you since over 1 and half months now everyday… it's an incredible journey with you.
