Beginners can’t do all of this. I wish a beginners work out has less reps and workouts while waking up and priming your body for a full workout. Just an idea

When they say a year, it could mean working out 365 days or on and off for a year or 5 days 2 days off, but it's a life style, a grind (gaming term) not few days and you are done, no it's for the rest of your life
So I just started back to the gym this month due to a car accident that destroyed my spine over a year ago.
I started today with this routine. Let me tell you I wrecked my body “in a good way” after this work out I definitely felt like I did something worth doing. Thank you for what you guys do you have inspired me to get back to what I use to be.
Perfect routine to stick too . Get a good feel of getting back into weight training and a great pump

Really love watching Brandon and Hudson and how they explain and show the movements in there proper form.always loved excercise but there enegry comes across in there videos feels like there in the room helping you motivateing you and pushing you to be the best you can be and also become a Buff Dude/Girl
