Great info, thanks Tony! I love the idea of bringing variety into people's exercise programs. Do you have any videos on circuit training and/or HIIT training, especially for older adults?
any information on swimming?
How many days Post-op would this be good for the cautious start you describe?
I’m going through your videos and getting great information for handling my recovery post-tkr in two weeks.
And I already have an Arc.
Thanks Tony.
It's like those super keen Nordic snow walkers, the best exercise there is!
Is a health walker machine good to use?
Informative video. Can u share more info on how to lose weight in the gym after 3 yrs of tkr. My wife had a tkr after a accident. She's appx 75kg but eats in calorie deficit. Age 41
What would you recommend or type of therapy for getting up from a chair or commode with out holding on to something to get up. I really appreciate your help and videos thank you
Thanks for sharing. Ive never seen one of those and it looks great.
🏋🏽♀️🔥
Thanks Tony. I’m 6 weeks today after tkr and everything’s going great apart from a clunking click when walking. Your vids have been a huge help both before surgery and in my recovery program. I had the surgery done private through the NHS here in the UK (free) and usually there’s a follow up at 6 weeks with the surgeon but, with all that’s going on, I haven’t heard anything. Any info or advice on the clicking? It’s mildly annoying and uncomfortable but not painful. Cheers.
These trainers are great for clinic use and general exercise. Thank for sharing Tony!
Super informative thanks Tony
