Hi..I am 71 and sadly, also overweight
I have suffered with LBP for many years.
I had it much better before the pandemic because I belong to a gym. The exercise shown to me was with a rope that hangs from the ceiling and had grips on the end
I put my feet forward and drop back as far as I can, then pull myself back up.
It worked for awhile, then the pandemic came and the gym closed
My question is, can I do the exercises you've shown on my bed, as I have a hard time getting to the floor because of my knees and getting back up. Yes, it's not easy getting old lol. So do you think I could do them on the bed or would it just be a waste of time? Thank you!
I’m going to try them
I had major back surgery where my entire spine was fused it's been 2 years I have tried so hard to walk without a assisted device but I can't so I don't know what I'm doing wrong I don't know how much to do when I had physical therapy it just seemed like OK you get 15 appointments and I was supposed to be healed I tried doing them at home I tried everything and nothing works The only thing that is straight is my entire back but I bent over and I can't seem to pull myself up in the standing straight position And then take more than 5 steps before I'm bent over again can anybody give me those lower back strengthening core muscles so that I can work out the way I'm supposed to at home it's very hard for me to get on the floor I cannot get up my legs are very weak and I must stress this all started in 1978 when I was in the Air Force and I got injured so I have been dealing with this for so many years my left leg which is permanently atrophied so the strength is gone my right leg I guess overcompensates and now my lower back cannot hold Up my upper body.I need that most of all can you help me
I was wondering , do you recommend doing both the swimmer and the Superman and the bridge and the one legged bridge ? Or pick the intensity that works best?
Literally just saved me a gym membership because I do a lot of heavy lifting at work n this targets what I need to work on!
Why did not i find this video earlier. Thanks man
Thank you!!!
Thank you man these started reliving pain immediately

I’m training to become a personal trainer and this video has really helped me on a personal level. Understanding the scientific knowledge on why we do what we do makes more sense. 30 days in on your techniques and I’ve already lost 2” off my waist. How is this possible ?
I am a mid age person.
I been having lower back problem specially after playing badminton for few hours for sure. Should I do all these exercises all at one day or do 2 different exercises every day ?
Also how many days a week do you recommend for mid age person?
Thanks
AND lose some weight. I weighed well over 300lbs and had back, knee and other joint pains daily, it was horrible. I lost almost 100 lbs eating better and working my body at the gym. I am 98% reduced pain EVERYWHERE. I love these back exercises, since covid I chose to leave the gym. This is perfect. THANK YOU.
hyy i would like to know if any of these exercise maybe bad for someone with lumbar scoliosis
Im 42 … never been 'fit' but never overweight.
Last 3 months Ive twigged my lower back twice. Never happened before. Made me feel like an old man and a bit depressed
Exercises seem to help a bit.
Time to start working 💪
Best video, really helped.
