This is the best bicep workout I've ever done! I appreciate the preview clips during the break time. Was very helpful to practice it without weights during break to then be proficient with the wights during the exercise. The way you edited this with previews,the beeps, the time clock, aesthetic was so awesome and made it fun

Great routine. I used three different sets of weights to be able to get through it 8kg 6kg and 4s. Got a long way to go before I can use just 8kg. But done it. Thanks Caroline

Following along in mostly a seated position since I’m non-weight bearing post foot surgery. My favorite is doing the last part extra slow bicep portion while balancing on one leg to engage the core…. Thanks for motioned not to quit, despite my current I hurt. Your workouts are a blessing to so many!!

What should I eat for muscle gain?
Awesome – did this as an add on to Caroline's 45 min back and bicep day and can safely say biceps are finished now! Had to take a short rest a couple times because my arms simply could.not.lift the dumbbells anymore. Used 6kg x2 this time.
