Extended lumbar spine is probably not ideal because the lats can't use the ribs as a fulcrum efficiently in lumbar extension as far as I know. I like the cue "ribs down"

Umm bruh, pulldowns aren't gonna give you a thicker wider back bro. You gotta row to make that back grow! Chin ups/pull ups will work. Pulldowns will be effective in shaping & toning
