There are a lot of videos out there with this challenge but this is one of my favorites for the simple reason that it feels like I am doing the challenge with a friend (since I use the bring sally squat challenge as my break from my desk)
Now if I could just do the push up version (ha! right… that's not likely to happen any time soon)
So motivating!
Omg totally forgot how hard the challange is. Had to cheat a little myself by taking the tabata version 🙄 and still it took me two days to get it done.
Was 20 sec Short the First day and finished the full tabata version on day two.
But okay I haven’t been running or done any fitness the last 2-3 month.
Hoping I’m able to do the same as you on my day 7 😲
