For the KFC you should've gotten the grilled or bone-in meats. Also, why KFC over Popeyes!
(unless you don't have popeyes)
Most people work and commute for a total of 10 hours a day. They would need to get up several hours before work to make food for the day and have the energy to come home and cook dinner. It's possible. I've done it. Just takes work and having a priority of eating/living a certain way over the alternative. Also consider that people don't have the time, will, or skill to cook instagram-level picture quality appealing meals like what you showed in the video. So they will likely have to meal prep, make large quantities over the weekend using a crockpot or something, and then take their individually contained meals to work and microwave the water out of it. Doesn't taste good, even with the best of seasonings added. Fresh, hot meals or crisp chilled meals where the stuff isn't soggy is what we all crave. It takes time, discipline, and a total lifestyle habit to eat healthy every day. Its why you have to start young. A guy in his 30s with children and a wife who also works, if health and fitness is not already a priority over breathing, its gonna be an uphill battle that most unfortunately lose at.
I don't work out like I would like to and the McDonald's big mac bit was off the charts. I would rather eat cardboard.
bruh I wanna be like you
Didn’t know some McDonald’s could give me cancer.
Junk food is probably a major reason why life expectancy is actually going down in the USA. And why a majority of young Americans would fail to get in the army, being too unhealthy and unfit.
I could've eaten the left over bread for you!
Chris and his little brother
Warm up “with some handstands”
Ok
That's how I feel when i eat junk food , is that i have no energy to workout
Love it 😊😌

Pizza
Really appreciate you doin this, crazy what that does to you. Stay pumped!
So true… I was born and raised in the city…I was overweight, I wanted to change that, so I went and spent a year in the jungle with my cousins who farm. No electricity, no internet, no junk food. Everyday is a hike up to our individual farms since its deep in the forest and mountains. We just had crops and vegetables everyday, I lost so much weight in just 2 months, my body felt really good!! Crazy man. When I got back to the city, I had to get used to food bought from the supermarket again😩, bruh eating them felt off, like my body wasn't satisfied , I was just craving vegetables and crops as they felt wholesome. So I've decided to become a farmer because it's alotta physical work and get to eat healthy everyday. Free food and healthy living 🤣🤌
Wtf don't be stupid , of course it won't do anything in 24h !!
Watching a Nikocado Avocado video and comparing the two is so hilarious to me
But fr eat healthy, ppl, you deserve the best
I try to eat healthy give up hard to eat healthy tasty man
Bro how much does guys saying he’s happy to eat healthy
I love watching your videos and just started eating your 5 lunch Ideas to get shredded.
I really did notice after day 5 I am not as hungry as when I used to eat less healthy food.
During this video you ate so many calories and kept saying you are hungry. It might be all mental for me but I feel same way when I ate unhealthy.
Thanks again for this video!
My fat ass thinking this looks like a good day food wise hahah
Yea, couldn't agree more. I occasionally eat trash food like once a month or two, sometimes less, and I feel exactly the same when I do it. Tired, lack of energy, worse performance when exercising, feeling sleepy in the middle of a day and my guts feeling heavy and overloaded. And of course I don't feel really full, it's only for like half an hour and I'm hungry again. Also the amount of food, the portions of order-in food are almost always way too much. Also I feel like people have the wrong idea that healthy food is not tasty. It's freaking delicious, especially if you consider a fake McD burger tasty…
when mcdo see you they think-"for that guy our business is going down,cz everyone started to eating healthy
Such a important video
I eat very healthy as much as I possibly can but i work in construction i own a electrical company so sometimes I go from job to job meeting to meeting and I don't always meal prep , you should do a video that helps us choose healthier fast food options if their is such a thing .
Where is that, Sarasota? Looks like a great place to live
When you live in a warmer climate area it’s ok to stay lean I live in canada I can’t stay lean too much I feel colder without body fat
Great video, I can't eat fast food, there's a noticeable difference in energy and focus etc when compared to home cooked
But bro, where can I get that stand thing you're using when doing one arm assisted handstand please
This guys a monster with those 90 degree pushups
I haven't eaten mcdonald's in over a decade. It would get me sick
4 mil subs, but wack photoshop
Hope you're good Chris, awesome content you legend 😎👍🏻
One thing I actually love are McDs chicken nugs… but I haven’t had those in like 12 years. I know if I had one it would be like crack. And I’d prolly love the taste.. they’re engineered that way. But you definitely won’t find me eating one.
You look so young to be a dad I’m suprised😯
You can hear the congestion in his voice after eating that pizza!!!
i've been maintaining my BF at 15% for 2 years now by consistently eating junk foods. But the workout performance is thrash that is true
Son i such a precious one, god bless.
