started in 2020 stopped for a bit but got back and now I’m starting to see results

dude… i am on the point of death. I've been following the abs routine 20 minutes for a couple of months and thought this 30 min would be a "piece of cake". Fuck that… I completed the entire thing and gotta start jumping rope now for 30 minutes… ahauhahua thanks Chris… but listen your couple of seconds are 5 man instead of 2. what's wrong with your math mate? ahauhauhahua

I can't do many of the exercise like the one in which you have to be in a plank position and open and close your leg…. But I am doing more than half of them… Will it be effective??? And I am not on diet… Please someone reply 🙏❤

We only have "12" more exercise after this.
This is my third day of returning to this and I can do 80% of it, I’m only having trouble with toe touches, boat hold, single leg raises and seared flutter

Everyone has abs, just most have subcutaneous fat over them. If you want to see your abs then burn off the fat.
As a 10 yr old I did ok I got to 18:33 dos is hard as hell
How many days did it takes u to build?
I do this routine twice per week and already see remarkable gains!
