Hey. Great program. Would be awesome to have the full workout in real-time so we can follow along. How long did this whole thing take? 40 mins? If there is a way to get the workouts in their full length that would be awesome!
I haven't done any working since January 2020. At first I thought it was a piece of cake, clearly that was not the case. It's been too hours and for a moment I thought I was going to pass out. Lol
