Wow…..I’m so happy I pushed myself to do this workout and NOT give up.!!!! I really am going to push myself to do this everyday!!! It’s short and easy BUT your burning fat and building muscle!!! She is genius ❤❤
I was laying down eating cheese and came upon you it was 5:30 am and l said oh, I will drink my coffee first then I’ll check her out but I got about the bed hit floor and began to start working out. I was like let me try this before the coffee. I am so glad I did and I finished this was easy. I am 54 years old 4‘7“ and I know I need to be healthy. I am starting a healthy eating and l had the gastric bypass well it doesn’t matter if you don’t change your eating and 🎉work out 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉yeaaaaa l started with you and l like no love it. Thank you.
