Those tate presses have me so confused, I can do like 4 without much issue then suddenly I just can’t get them up. It doesn’t even feel that heavy compared to other ones that I go to failure but it’s just impossible to get them up

New sub!!! I got some adjustable dumbbells/bench, stumbled across your channel while looking for a workout routine. I'm a skinny guy trying to gain muscle. I started out with your 15-minute workout routines. Did that for about three weeks. I just started this workout routine, as of this week. I'm getting pretty good results so far. Friends, coworkers, etc. ask "have you been working out?". Once you start to see gains, you are motivated to stick with it. I can't thank you enough for the great content bro!
