Awesome video
Would like to see some Ben & Jerry's, In-N-Out Burgers and some pizza. The"whatever it takes diet".
So what makes you think your diet of today will look any better in ten years time? Think about it.
This man was taking 15g of Creatine Monohydrate a day, talk about overkill.
Lol. I remember back when if you went longer than 3 hours without food then you would lose muscle. If you are earlier it would mess up the whole system.
1200mg ibuprofen daily lmao
Looks good. But should'nt you have taken a larger proportion of your carbs right before your workout, providing you with more energy a workout.
Thanks!
Jeffs voice has a calming effect.
Chicken before training? I wouldn't be able to do that.
You don't need any protein powder or whatever artificial protein or other crap. If you workout in the morning eat high carbs to have ENERGY & after high protein like chicken to recover. Bad decision to train on empty cuz your muscles got no energy fuel. Feed muscles first then train not to get injury
I wonder how much things will
Change in 10 years from now. It’s 2 years past this video and I feel like most of it already outdated
No not the tilapia 🤢
crazy how much a beard can really change
Great video and very interesting get this “than I thought” insight. One thing I at your channel is to link other videos you mentioned. I would like to see all of them directly
Bruh u look way better in 2010
There are hundreds of thousands of "how to have a better body" videos out there; however, I prefer to watch yours due to the clean, professional and respectful English you use. It tires me to see all those wanna be tough guys cursing and screaming through the recording. Somehow they think their cursing makes them look more passionate, brave, tough or the likes. It simply makes them look like unprofessional kids who cannot express themselves and have the need to use bad words as fillers. Keep up the great work brother 👍
I only pay attention to (and list) my calories and protein, with a conscience effort to take in some carbs especially before my workout.
Think my issue is I do a lot of supplementation with protein bars because of my work schedule. It's much more practical.
Maybe that's where Im going wrong. If Im eating 3 or 4 protein bars daily which ones should i be buying for lean bulking? Lower fat? Ideas?
Your clarity and honesty make this video incredibly helpful, and they also give a sense of who you are as a person and who you want to be. I'm impressed.
what the hell is codach cheese?
@5:20 regarding flaxseeds, the best thing to do is buy a spice grinder, and get your flaxseeds whole. Keep them whole, and refrigerated. Use your spice grinder to grind them per meal, as opposed to having a larger quantity pre-ground. Apparently, if they sit over time, pre-ground seeds will see some of their nutrition degrade. And, although my mother in law is a naturopath, and I simply got this info from her, it is essentially anecdotal, as far as I’m concerned. But there’s a good chance there is truth to it, and so maybe research it properly if this interests you.
