My husband and I did this workout for a month (4x's a day, 2-3 sets) and we saw dramatic results. We didn't drop a whole lot of weight; however, we loss a lot of body fat & gained muscles. We dropped two pants size. Love you, Rachel! More workout videos please!

just a tip, don't do pushups like she shows in the video. it's really bad for your shoulders to flare out your elbow like that. you should keep them closer to your body.
3 reps of this circuit puts my bpm at 160, and since working out like this (2wks) my resting heartrate has gone from 70 to 59. But I wish you had more walkthrough workouts on your channel!!

Rachel, I cannot thank you enough for creating a quick, simple, yet effective routine to help me burn off the fat. I can only perform 3 rounds of this fat blasting circuit until I cannot do anymore. So I have decided to perform two rounds in the morning (fasted cardio) and go jogging a few laps around my park, and then in the evening, ill perform three rounds. I also add ab, arms, and glute workouts to incorporate a bit more in. Works for me along with a clean, gluten free diet.

I just want to leave you a tip here which I find important: while in plank or into mountain climbers you arms should be 90 degrees with your shoulders. they should be IN LINE with the shoulders so the intensity will be split between your core and your arms. by holding plank with your arms forward and not right below your shoulders (like you did) than your abs are not as engaged as they should be and your arms are overextending. do it right and trust me its gonna be harder but that is the point – doing less repetitions with better form is much more effective than doing non stop crappy climbers (you can still get the heart rate up and burn calories but not buidling strength neccessary for progress). I learned that the hard way so from now on i always check my form and think what is the goal of the exercise and which muscles should I focus on most.
