That is far too much food for me. The lunch time bowl looked like it was for a family of four. How on earth do you eat all that food and drink all that water etc
(Melanie here) I am loving your videos. I just starting watching and am tracking my protein, carbs, and fiber daily to see where to make adjustments. You mentioned the amount to shoot for every day but I wondered if the amount of carbs is net carbs? If so, I need to fiber that out for my options. For example, I found some keto wraps that have 14g carbs but have 10g fiber.

Eat only once a day or in a six hour window. mitochondria need it. no carbs is best, ideal, necessary, an absolute must. Oh, I'm wrong? suit yourself.

You have lost me at Breakfast. The cost would be horrendous. Flax milk is Β£32.00 a carton 32fl oz. The all in one shake Β£127.20 large tub 30 servings. I didnβt bother checking the prices for the rest of the items. I really like your content & everything you have said resonates as the truth but realistically it would be far too expensive for me & possibly others to diet this way.

Why would you put sunflower oil which is highly inflammatory in your protein shake natural flavors is also no good.

In my smoothie, I freeze the veggies and fruits instead of using ice. Broccoli, spinach, red cabbage, kale, celery, carrots, arugula, and always avocados and nuts, lemons with the rinds, whatever you got. Freeze it before it goes bad so you waste nothing! I also like coconut oil in the smoothies too.
What do you suggest when it comes to timing of your workout? I workout super early and I don't feel like eating that early.

Wanna stay healthy and live to 100+ years? Eat only meat, eggs, fish and dairy (in that order, and with a LOT of animal fat), drink only water and don't exercise ever again. That's truly it. Just to help you start seeing reality, let me ask you this: What animal species on the entire planet (besides stupid humans) counts calories, controls portion sizes, counts how many times to eat in a day, counts how much water to drink, forces iteself to exercise (i.e., do things your body clearly tells you NOT to do), and in general rationalizes their entire existence to the point everything into abritrary measurements?

Food fantasys I can't live out 1. I feel guilty even free range pasture hume treated cows didn't give up they're lives to be a burger ! Once a month max and even that's not ok same with chicken π. 2. Blood sugar: the order yiu eat your food matters: veges (cruciferous and dark green or fermented), protein (lamb, lentils, fish) and then starches/carbs in moderation and mostky for lunch.
