I tried the workout while pausing the video throughout so I could time everything properly and I got my ass kicked (just started working out again so it makes sense). Definitely need to try this one consistently!

This guy has no idea what a beginner is, 3×10 push ups??? then 3×10 wide grip, then 3×10 close grip, yeah right buddy. This is a really great workout, but this is not for a beginner…

For everyone asking if this really works ofc it does any physical activity will help shape your body you just got to stay consistent and over time you will see changes. Your not going to get ripped over night it takes time and dedication

first time I tried this workout when I reached the close grip push up I couldent do any so next time I did less liek 10 – 8 – 6 and still only did like 3 or 4 only 1 set thats it
