Has the potential to be such a great workout. But the ads just spoil it so you end up stopping and starting when you shouldn’t have to.

Hi Bradley, I really enjoyed this workout. The only difference being that I had to step it up with heavier weights where the I used a 24kg for the first workout. I then used a pair of 20kg for the second workout. It was challenging alright, but worth it. I'm subscribing to your channel dude and look forward to seeing more of your workouts. 👍🏽😎
Way to go having a timed workout on here with an advert every five mins so in the middle of an exercise you had to wait snd skip or just watch an advert. Shocking

His tips are for sure useful and he actually helped me a lot on finals. He is the most informative Doctor in the UK and he teaches medical school and vitamins.
