Yo dude so i got inspired by your transformation video. I’m a bit overweight, 62kg, 168cm 14 years old and was wondering if i should eat more+exercise and gain muscle or eat a bit less+exercise so i lose weight, then eat more+exercise to gain muscle. I’ve already been doing calisthenics for 4months now and i can do almost all push-up progressions except one arm, i also cant do any pullups yet lol any tips/advice thanks

Im very new to workout programs, so how do the splits work? would i fill out all three of the templates? for example if i filled out: "Workout: PUSH" and use that for Day Monday only? of the 6x week workout? or would i just fillout the "WORKOUT: FULL BODY (Involves 3 Movement Patterns | PUSH + PULL + LEGS)" and use one section of that per day of the 6x week workout chart? and occasionally work on a skill and isolation.
If it is fully calisthenics guide how do we do bicep curls with our bodyweight

Progression
Week 1:
Already seeing massive gains in physique and overall strength, my current goal to manage a perfect form pull-up by the end of the second week. Two days later, and I've unlocked the pull-up!
Week 2:
I can now already do two perfect pull-ups in a row, and I've started implementing drop sets with strength and hypertrophy training into my routine. I've also set up some calisthenics equipment that I can use when taking breaks (usually I have to go to a park to train). I also started going to the gym with a couple friends once a week to help us improve our calisthenics so we can all make progress!
Week 3:
Reached 4 strict pull-ups in a row and unlocked some new push-up variations. I decided to start a body recomp on Thursday 27th, 4 days in at the moment. I also started practicing flips and freerunning which is a lot of fun and I'm getting closer to a clean L-sit hold. Really enjoying it right now!
Week 4:
I reached an 11 second L-sit hold and a sketchy 1 arm push-up.
Tested my maxes today:
10 Dips with perfect form (90 degree angle at the elbow on the bottom of the rep)
25 Perfect push-ups (chest touching the ground at the bottom of the rep with elbows facing 45 degrees outwards)
4 Perfect pull-ups (still working on these a lot, aiming for 10 as soon as possible)
I also took some progress pictures which compared to the before ones already have some huge changes which I'm pretty happy with. I'd just like to say another huge thankyou for inspiring me to do this 🙂
