I will say this, I didnt workout my first pregnancy. My second pregnancy, I worked out with weights safely and did LOTS of yoga. The recovery time and massive weight loss afterwards paled to how my first post partum went. I was depressed and the birth was hard the first time around. The second birth was easy, no depression, lost the weight without trying, and I kept the flexibility. I am encouraged by those who workout during those hard times. We can do it ladies along with all the other things we have to do!! Thanks for more inspiration!!

Great video and talk through, your smashing your pregnancy for sure. Fir me, the move app worked for about 5 days and then it's not worked since so I've lost my streak and my motivation. I can't believe how much the app motivated me and has now demotivated me. Hoping to get some support soon to get things back on track…go go girly xx 🥰

You're amazing! I'm halfway through my third and final pregnancy. I have exercised all 3 of my pregnancies the entire time (while listening to my body) and STILL have people tell me I shouldn't work out so hard or lift weights etc. Love that you are changing the view that pregnant bodies are weak and incapable of doing challenging things while pregnant! 🤍
