Started my fitness journey on January 8th and I’m staying consistent so far !

I used to do these exercises with ease but I tried them today and I noticed I'm out of shape 😅 so I'm going to try to get back in shape

Ok i just learned that spot reduce fat is a myth so im gonna try this instead for two weeks, if successful i'll keep doing it. But first I need to buy yoga matt lol.

Goal: 50 kg ( if possible! i kinda dont care about this weight goal, as long as i have flat tummy by the end im Happy)
