12 each leg (when applicable) 2-3 times:
Donkey kicks-ankle weights
Leg circles-ankle weights
Fire hydrants-dumbbells
Sumo squats-dumbbells
Hopping lunges-20 total
darn. this seems like such a great workout but I was unable to do it in the end beause there is a lot of talking + instruction during the actual workout (VS before so you only have to review the form once ) and I have a fixed amount of time. I need to do it in under 10 minutes and with the talking this workout is 15.
If you do 3x 20 reps each excercise you dont have to repeat this whole workout , right ??

Vicky Justiz I ordered the ankle weights from your link. If I feel I can use 20lb on each leg should I go for it? Xo. This is my 1st time doing this challenge. My butt is as flat as a dinner plate. (Slowly improving from other glute isolated exercises previous to this challenge & glute activation + mind muscle connection is imperative!!!) Posterior pelvic tilt has changed my game. Idk if you have a video about this subject but it would help a lot of us pancake booty girls I believe! Lol your body inspires me girl..but CHU KNO THIS MANNN! keep being you girl!

I definitely did I'm glad you did too and same my Thanksgiving I had about a week's worth of food and pies and for Christmas dinner with the same thing and right now it's January 14th and I still have a tremendous amount of pies left over I'm having one slice every day at the last break at work
