I’ve been working out at home for a week now.
I do 3 sets and 15 reps of squats, tricep dips and leaning push ups; 1 minute of plank, 15 reps of calf raises, and I work a little bit on my forearms without any dumbbell.
I have never lifted weight before and would like to start with it. I’m underweight. Please let me know if 3 kgs would be too much to start off with?
