Everyone: Don't forget the importance of building muscle mass! Cardio is great for you, but strength training with weights/resistance is vital! Most of America has poor muscle tone and is inactive. Weakness, sleep deprivation, and stress all create insulin resistance.

I have reoccurring Kidney Stones – I am taking 5 mg of potassium citrate & 5 mg tamsulosin a day.
As a Muslim I used to fast during Ramadan, but with the increase of my Stones I have stopped – as I need water.
Would you recommend restarting fasting?
