Confusing and difficult to follow. Don't move your body side to side but leader and many of class do just that. Follow the beat but the beat doesn't relate to the RPM shown on screen. 100RPM warm and wind down seems very fast as most presenters use around 80 or 90.

Without a doubt the most brutal GCN video I’ve done. Thought it would be pretty easy after the 1hr reverse pyramids, but this went next level at the 20 minute mark! Savage.

Really nice workout, with lots of variation. I would only recommend permanently keeping in the time circle with RPM and pedals going at that real tempo, for the people that have simple bikes.

Very good cycling workout. Have been doing this one for nearly a year now. It's been very good in lockdown and still keep it up. I'm age 66 and keep fit regularly. I also like the draft at the bottom of the screen. Keep producing these workouts. Thank you 🤗

does anyone else find that they can't seem to match the target cadence? even when i try matching the cadence of people in the video and/or go to the beat of the music, my cadence monitor reads that i'm still well below the target cadence (e.g. when target is 100, and i match the people in the video/go with the music, my cadence monitor reads around high 80s).
What brand spin bike are those?

Frankly, I have found Paul excellent. Surprised that he doesn’t have more videos. Really like his guidance, music choices, sensible advice and the bar graphs are such a great idea. I am surprised that Paul is not a mainstay of this business or branched out. I would happily pay to subscribe to his material. One of the best on the net!
