Schellea has opened the door for any and all of us to start – somewhere. It's amazing where this can take you – at your pace. I started watching these and one day finally got off the couch and joined in. I was sick of hearing my own reasons to not even try. I listened and did what i could do safely. I added a little bit more every time until i was truly consistent. Fab50's has done more for me in 4 months that anyone or anything has in my 50 years of living. My quality of life is returning and I'm starting to believe things are going to become possible for me that i had previously given up on. I felt all these changes starting after just a couple of weeks of consistently working out and then doing the 7 & 14 day challenges etc. I am now someone who works out every day and enjoys being active. I am so much stronger, more flexible, lost lots of previously immovable weight and i don't walk around in pain all day anymore. Best of all not one minute has felt like a chore. 4 months ago i was on crutches and now i can walk/ jog up 3 flights of stairs carrying bags of groceries with no knee pain and not out of breath. Things are improving for me all the time and it's because of these videos, and someone telling me that no matter where i was in my fitness journey that i already belonged to a big club of people working out , getting heathy and enjoying life. I am so blessed to have found Fab50's. Its literally saving my butt. It's also crazy that it costs nothing. I 100% believe Schellea is coming from a heartfelt sincerity in that above anything else, she just wants to help people. And for me, that's why it's working.

Thank you! Your workouts are the only ones I can do, I finally don't feel like an uncoordinated Muppet. I actually feel like I can do it! I might not feel beautiful everyday but for a little while I can.

Since I’ve been exercising with you the pain has gone. It’s incredible. 😀. I’m much stronger now. I can’t thank you enough. You are so encouraging. You are helping all us women who thought it was too late to get fit. I’ll get back to exercising now 🥰🏋🏾♂️

I have to put my work out stuff in the bathroom the nite be for when i wake that is wear i go First when i wake up put them on first thing be for. Leaving the bathroom it just make me feel ready for this have my coffee or what ever just feeling ready gets me going

Thank You for the encouragement. I am Over Fifty and recuperating from a knee injury. We are experiencing great weather so I went for a walk with a friend. The COVID-19 Lockdowns in CA are impacting many people, most of the fitness centers have cancelled their classes. What you are doing is very important to help people, so stay healthy and well !
I can’t do a full squat by myself, so I use my hiking poles as an assist. That way my triceps get some work, too. 😃👍
