Amazing workout routine! Simple yet effective! I did this exercise 5 times a week for a month. I didn't lose much weight from this workout.. However, this workout is really good if you're looking to increase stamina, get more flexible or just refresh your body! My favorite had to be the spot jumps or tuck-ins, not that anyone cares, I just wanted to mention!
