Good video, but these 4 weeks sound more as a preparation for the next weeks to fat loss.
1 week you "lose" getting the right weight, 2nd week to adjust the deficit and in a 2 weeks time there is no way you can do any significant body fat.
4 weeks mini cut- yes, if you are someone being in deficit some time, working out regularly, watching the food intake, but jumping streignt to this and hopeing to lose some serious BF is just not realistic

i wonder, if doing the math i can eat upto 2958 of calories, i don't get much higher than 1500 everyday, would that make me stop lose weight? i walk for 5km's each day (roughly 11.000 steps) excersice twice a week for an hour (back injury so im prohibited to do more) both stenght and cardio combined.
Reasonable. Those clearly overweight must reduce carbs to max 20%, replace with fat and protein, stop intake of sugar and processed food or drinks. Talking about abs muscles to be visible refers to maybe 3-5% of the people. All others need stamina and must change lifestyle for good.
