I want to lose 20kg at least because of my height too. My legs are very long my tummy is a little chubby but you can’t see it bc of my clothes, people assume I’m 60-70kg. I want to lose it. And i will! I will come back to this comment once I’ve reached my goal. I have TSH which is why i become overweight as a kid, i haven’t lost the weight i just grew older. I don’t eat much daily. And i don’t like chocolate or sweets of that matter i never crave it. I don’t like junk food, instant food, chips, soda which is something good i guess. I just need to take care of myself regarding meals and water. ( i tend to forget) i love my body the way it is, i just want to be comfortable in it. I’ll continue loving it. I want to jump around feeling lighter, that’s also one of my goals. Thanks for sharing your experience.
I'm 14 and I'm turning 15 in 5 months I the for me is I lost weight in November but I gained it all back in 5 months which really made me lose hope because after all my hard work I just did to gain it all back but I really did restricted myself so maybe that's the reason I'm now thinking of a more natural and healthy but slow way to lose weight my plan is that I'm gonna eat healthy mostly have 1 snack or any ligh craving and get more active and not just exercise but just active like walking around the house doing stuff chores helping my mom etc and half an hour for exercise not too much to tire myself and not exercise everyday but whenever I have more energy and stamina and the days on which I won't exercise I'll just be more active but I'm still gonna try to eat more because I'm in my growing age and I really don't want problems for me in the future well I wanted to ask anyone here do you think I will lose weight slowly but surely just by reducing junk food and getting more active but still eating properly? Because I really don't wanna follow a diet i just want someone to reply 🙁

good for you. nice story. loosing weight takes a lot of time and discipline. its an effort and people sometimes think that BEAUTIFUL people are just born that way. Sure they are, but the rest is A LOT OF HARD WORK.
I am 16 and about 280, and I don’t feel comfortable or confident in myself. Especially since I’m in high school I look around and all I see is slim pretty girls. But every time I think about losing weight I procrastinate, or when I start to workout or do a diet I lose motivation really fast. But this year I’m not going to stop even when I don’t want to do it or don’t feel motivated. My goal weight is about 170 or when I get the body I want.

That's the thing I like maltesers amlnd m and Ms kit Kats lion snicker s but it s hight in calories and it doesn't feel you up for me when I touch in sugary foods it makes me crave more and more, but if I eat healthy fresh yummy whole foods with protein like I do everyday is just it makes me feel fuller for 5, 6 hours of course I drink lots of water 💧 some teas and coffee, but no sugar allowed just use some sweetneer, sweetneer won't kill ya
You're like me if I eat all I want my body won't stay fit, just learn to love ourselves first and believe in you like I do, even if I overeating for some time just don't give up on yourself and keep up yourself again get back on track

And I dont know I really felt happy for you even though i dont know you. It's amazing how at a very young age you had such dedication. I hope some day i will manage to be a little bit like you.
