I am 22 stone and have a big stomach in the way so I can't do chrunches that far it hurts as I am not use yo exercise I have turned 40 and I am worrying about my health so I am trying little steps at a time to lose the weight

@2:40 I'm a total beginner and need a bit of clarification in what was said – do I do normal crunch for 10, reverse for 12 and oblique for 15 or do i do them all for 10, then all for 12 and finally all for 15? – if the latter – how long is the break?

Thanks a lot for this man, I've decided to lose the fat of my stomach and get a flat stomach and flat chest (for chest, I think regular pushups will help flatten my chest). This video will help, but unfortunately a lot of discipline is needed to change my diet. Wish me luck lol.
