What's your goal body fat %? Comment below! Hope this helps and provides you with some realistic expectations as to what to expect throughout each stage. I'm about 12% body fat atm, but the hunger is KILLING me. I fast everyday but when eating time comes around, I have trouble controlling myself.

As a child, I ate goldfish and crap but when I saw my crush and saw that I was skinny as hell, after school I began working out and 2 months later at the age 11, I had my first 6 pack and I didn't know that they could see it threw my shirt

I'm about 19-20% and I'm aiming to be 14% in February, I changed my diet around month ago and truly saying I have never felt better. On top of that I quit smoking also month ago 10k every day of cycling and heavy workout 4 to 5 days a week. Why haven't I did this years ago, I do don't know.
