The first time I saw this I didn't quite believe it, was the squat I think. After a couple minutes in a deep squat I noticed a big difference just walking. This is like oiling your joints. I'm 6'3 280lbs, it works.

Great to see you again! I did take a break thanks to COVID. I just convinced myself to do 5 minutes every morning for first week. Sometimes it is hard to get started. Nothing like getting COVID to kickstart an effort to live healthier 😂. TFS
