I always liked curtsy lunges – I'm glad you mentioned rotating foot inwards. A guy from Mind Pump TV made a video on this exercise 2 years ago .. only one I found who mentioned at the time internally rotating the foot.

One minute everyone is crying that bro splits don't work near as well as whole body routines and now people are advocating glute only days lol. Wow
I could answer the question about what works best before I even watched the video: anything that works the whole muscle fiber, that you can get about 8-12 reps per set with, and you should target each of the 3 muscles 😉 From someone who has successfully figured out how to build a great butt (all reviewers agree and have commented on it without being questioned) 😜
BTW, you captured most, but not all exercises I do, but the conclusion about whst's best id not how mine is. Basically: anything where balance is needed is great, but not when your goal is fast volume. Hip thrusts are also overated: do deadlifts
