I wanna ask you. I'm eating three meals a day. It's small amount of zero fat noodles or brown rice,chicken breast,and salad. Second meal is tempeh with salad. Third is berries with low 1% fat crackers. Then a snack of 4 turkey breast slices of zero fat. Couple times a day I'm snacking on those rice crackers. But no excercise and the weight wasn't immediately gone. But slowly I started to feel good with gut gone. Also red meat once every four to five days. You think the gut will come back? I didn't do this to lose weight. Just heard tom Brady ate chicken breast organic with tons of vegetarian foods.

I was bullied in high school (name calling) for being overweight, but I didn't care. To be honest, there are times wherein I think the what if's, what if I am slimmer? Will I get bullied or not? I started exercising but my weight can't go any lower than 57. Now that I am in college, my period stopped. I met a gynecologist and prescribed me medicine that costs a fortune. I am more determined to lose weight now that my goal is for health, not for social acceptance.

Another way to get out of the plateau is to refeed back to maintenance calories from cutting calories. People usually have refeed weeks or weekends set up so they continue to gradually lose weight and after the refeed, you go back to cutting calories. By “cutting calories” I don’t mean DRASTICALLY, just enough for you to loose a pound a week basically.

i don't think many of you guys know but there is this thing called Java burn which apparently helps you lose weight in like a month with no exercise, no dieting, whatsoever. i personally haven't tried it but I've been doing research and the majority of the reviews are positive.
