I loss 67 pounds in 10 weeks I would do this every day and my diet was only smoothies im a male I’m 6’0 I was 260 pounds now I’m 193 pounds goal is 185 pounds I’m 34 years old
Really hard session… wish there was some scenery to distract me during the 3/4 minute intervals- they really drag!!!! Sweaty as!
