Is bloating really that serious.. I understand consistent bloating is a problem, but its normal to bloat after eating. Not to say what you eat doesn't implement more bloating = more discomfort and seriousness but I'm just wondering if it's really that bad.

as a vegetarian i have absolutely no idea to get protein without eating beans or soy protein (super high in sodium) and getting bloated. eggs are awesome but you can only have them for/in so many meals a day 😭 tips/advice for vegetarian protein are appreciated and welcome lol

Eating food in general can make you bloated, if you eat a lemon nothing will happen, if you eat a million lemons or something you will gain some weight… but if you eat ten bags of chips you will gain the same amount of weight (I think), so it doesn't matter Haha, just eat and exercise so you can control your weight

Beans are actually extremely good for you! Beans keep you from becoming anemic just like lentils. If beans are soaked in water with lemon for at least 4 hours before cooking they won’t get you bloated. Try it. Plus cauliflower rice is just that cauliflower another veggie so it doesn’t count. i
I have to have high sodium for my health what is good but still high sodium (I have to have at last 2 times what a normal person needs per day)
Ye, high sodium foods are not great. But I don't get bloated when I eat bread or milk (most times), think it depends what I eat those foods with. Processed food are not great for me either a d they leave me feeling blergh
