@Dr. Eric Berg DC. Do you recommend Keto diet for someone with high cholesterol, high blood sugar and blood pressure? Does it cause more harm than good?
The Keto diet and Intermittent Fasting has changed my life, I have lost 27lbs. in 30 days. The best part for me is that my back pain is gone, I was just told 3 months ago that I needed surgery on my lower back. Not happening my friends.
Why does it always talk about loosing weight, what if you need to gain weight.

Dr Berg I would like to do the keto LCHF diet but have read that if you have already had an 'event' I had a TIA in December. it is better if you keep cholesterol low, therefore less fat. Confused. You are absolutely great to listen to.

Fat contains 2x energy as much as carb (4 kcal from 1 gram of carb, 9 kcal from 1 gram of fat), so in order to meet the 1:2:7 calory ratio of carb:protein:fat, one has to eat ~1.5 (7/2Γ·2.25) times of protein as fat in mass/cups. So, the 1/2 plate (the other half being veg) should contain 3:2, but not 1:1, of fat vs protein. BTW, Per intermediary metabolism principle carb is easily used to make fat by human body via de novo lipogenesis but the reverse is untrue as fat carbons don't contribute to net glucose via gluconeogenesis except small molecules like glycerol, some amino acids, etc.

My observation is that people who skip breakfast age much faster than those who don't. I'm into healthy eating and I use most of this advice but I never miss my oatmeal or brown porridge in the morning my twin sister has been on the keto diet for 3 years now and people cannot believe that we are twins anymore. She looks 10 years older than me now

In our country it is known as helper for liver, if you eat a slice of it or cook with. And it doesn't contain cholesterol and has vitamins A E, useful for skin etc. Can you make a video about that.
