Such a fun HIIT, usually I endure these haha. Also, did in a hotel room on a work trip. I love the dumbbell workouts the most but very nice to have a workout to pull out when I don’t have access to my weights at home.

I just keep coming back to this workout. It's so much fun, and is perfect for the days where I want to do a bit of cardio after my strength training. The normal HIIT workouts are a bit too much to take on with fatigued muscles, but this one is just what the doctor ordered. Totally energizing!

I usually dont like Hiit so much but i really loved this one!!! I didnt realise how the time passed and my heart rate went up without noticing it!it was such a great workout!!!i ve been following Caroline and working out,since April of 2021,this one was one of my favourites of all time! Thank you so much Caroline! For now on,when i want Hiit,i will choose this one for sure! 😁😁😊❤️Amazing!!!i want to do it every day😁😅
