I am from India ,I recently found these exercise in YouTube,find them very useful for my knee psi ,how many repetitions should I do everyday,can u please name the order in which I should do exercise every day ,I am 77year old suffering from OA & hamstring pain,

Found you because my sister in law fell today and it reminded me of the dangers of falling as we age… and it is preventable by strengthening our lower body! I been working out with you a week tomorrow! I’m so excited that I can do these! I’m 75 and I want to be flexible. Next month I’ll try the upper body exercises you do. Thanks for choosing ones that a senior can really do!

I'm not a senior but my flexibility and strength in my legs has been rapidly deteriorating due to a sedentary lifestyle as well as experiencing alot more aches and pains.I find a lot of exercise videos really off putting and at my level of fitness so this was nice and simple to complete though still felt the effort and I feel great after the first attempt! I plan to keep doing this for a while and progress from there! 😊

I am 68 years old lady, ihv undergone hysterectomy operation & thyroidactamy, I am suffering from both knee pain & hip pain, can't walk for more than 10-15 mts, can't stand for more than 10-15 mts, can't sit diwn. can I do these exercises & get relief, pl let me know so that I can do these exercises. 🙏

Mike I thought I was in great shape for my age “73” until I went on vacation with 4 younger sisters. I tried this video and did well… except my calves are weak and I could not get up and down out of the chair with my arms crossed as many times as required. I’m sticking with this video and pray I improve after less than a week with some walking. If you other suggestions I’m open to any! Thanks
After sitting around at home because of covid then finding the following year I had two types of cancer which really slowed me down my legs are so weak
