day 1 – felt it somewhat
day 2- felt it ( tried not to over work myself with my workouts )
day 5- starting to last longer without sweating/ getting tired
day 7- felt it in the back of my legs more then my butt
highly recommend this work out if youre trying to work out the back of your legs thats where i personally saw the most diffrence

good but workout but my back is killing me..
Its so hard!!!!
Gonna do this every day for 10 days! (41.4 in on butt)
Day 1: the squeeze release pulses had my thighs and booty on fire! along with the up, open, close, lower, but I love the burn and I love how short yet effective this feels!
Day 2: the pulses burnnnn, and the hip thrusts with knees together are always the most difficult for me
Day 3: done! feeling good it lowkey went by fast today!
Day 4: my butt and inner thighs are sore! feeling good tho!
Day 5: today it went by so fast! I found it easier overall to do today!
Day 6: I feel the burn! today I felt lazy but decided to pull through since I've came so far!
Day 7: took a break today

i had a myomectomy about 3 months ago will this be ok to do?? my doc not being helpful he js says that im fine n all thats it. coz my tummy stil abit sore at times. plz lee kno coz i need to start getting fit
