I am trying to be 73 lbs instead of 83
Day 1: super good workout! I lost 0.7 lbs!

going to push myself to my full potential and do this workout everyday for the next 2 weeks 🙂
day one- completed the whole thing! sweaty but it was def worth it
day two- completed! added 10 more to each exercise!!
day three- I did another one of your workouts and i definitely feel lighter!!
day four- did another workout and i feel even more lighter. it’s working!
day five- completed. very proud of myself
day six- completed. feeling way slimmer.
day seven- i didn’t complete this workout, but it’s okay. i still did small workouts and I’ll do even better tomorrow.
day eight- I was right! I did even better today and completed it with an extra 20-30 number of exercise for each one!!
day nine- done.
day ten- i didn’t do the workout, except i did my own exercises for a good half and hour, so i still got a workout!
day 11- I still have more weight to lose, but I’m making lots of progress and by a month I’ll be completely slim. im happy, and I’ll continue to work harder to achieve my goal. halfway there.
day 12- I still have more weight to lose. I know I did lose weight.
day thirteen- done.
day fourteen- done.
day fifteen- done.
day sixteen- finished.
day seventeen- omg i see a difference.
day eighteen- done done
Day 2 done but this morning I checked and I lost 1 pound

I did this workout, along with her other 10 pound workout twice a day. I lost 11 pounds! There is still a little excess belly fat, so I’ll do a 7 minute workout from a different person for a week! I’ll probably be in good shape, and start doing the walking workout to keep my body shape!

I’ll start tomarrow since I have school and I’ll be eating 2 meals a day and a low calorie coffee in the morning to keep me satisfied till afternoon for lunch I’ll have salad and for dinner I’ll have whatever my mom cooks but in a lower portion then usual ill drink 5-8 cups of water a day along with doing this workout once a day I’ll be writing how much I loose a day along with belly fat and here is my starting weight 143.2

I have been doing this for at least two month and in past.two weeks I’ve added an work out with. So for have not lost any weight. Feel more bloated and fat. And it’s not like I’m eating anything different. I did expect not show result in a week or so because I did not go on a special diet. But by now it should show some result shouldn’t it? I feel fatter than before starting this exercise. I keep trying to hypnotizing myself that it's working, but I don't know. I am so discourage. The only reason I’m still doing is because of covid-19, we are on a lockdown. So better see some results soon. Any advise?
