I’m doing this along with 2 other videos, I’m 143 pounds my goal is 120 but I don’t expect to get to 120 at the end of these 10 days.

Deine Übungen finde ich immer Super. Die mache ich jetzt immer mit der Sauna-Legging von Geothik hat man noch bessere Ergebnisse 😍,
Am Anfang hatte ich 75-70-81 jetzt bin ich bei 77-63-89 in ein Monat. Der legging ist einfach perfect bei Bauchübungen
