Just did that one. Great. Still a bit sore from yesterday. I've got a bit of kit at home. By far my favourite is my walking hand weights. So versatile in that I use them as much as I can in your workouts if not doing. Heavier strength training
I feel energized after completing this workout. Thanks for putting this one together.
Good morning Trish, thank you for this great cardio with weights workout! I really enjoyed it. I was able to use my 3 lbs. this morning, so that felt good! And thank you for the heads up about a new strength class on Wednesday. I appreciate that, so now I won't choose a strength class tomorrow. I hope you and your family had a good Easter. We lucked out as it rained all day on Friday but was dry for the weekend. The grandkids had a ball hunting for eggs at our house. It was a really nice day!
