I'm currently in therapy for major recursive depressive disorder and I really admire the attitude you display. Before the Corona outbreak I actually wanted to join a Kickboxing/BJJ Gym, but nature cut through that plan I guess.
I suffer from very low self esteem while at the same time being perfectionist and I feel like I have to proof to myself that I am worthy. Do you think fighting is something that I should get into with my mindset? It's something I've always wanted to try, so I will for sure, but I guess what I want to know is what kind of personality is best suited for fighting.
