If we are beginners, means if we are below 18 as i am 17 yrs old and I don't go to gym so should i train 2 to 3 muscles a day means , i should do pull/push split or train only single muscle a day and rest on sunday. And i am skinny my weight is around 49 or 50 .

Should we train with same weight for all the sets and increase the weight on next training day or should we increase the weight in the following sets?
Like in first set we do with 5kg and in the following sets 7.5 kg and 10 kg resp.
